The feeding size is between 100mm and 500mm. The largest feeding size can not exceed the maximum rating. The discharged-size users can satisfy their need by adjusting the hammer head and back board and the gap of all parts proportionally.
Operating principle: impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery which takes advantage of impact energy to break materials. When working, the motor drives, spurring rotor to move quickly. When the materials enter the zone of the blow bar, they hit on the blow of high-speed rotor and are impacted. Then they are flung into the impact equipment and are crushed again. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the impact plate. The process repeats itself and goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then will be discharged from outlet of machine.
